Printer Tray Problems

Specifically the following pertains to problems printing to the correct tray in Outlook

Below is an example of a printer preferences window that allows you to select which tray you want a print job to print out of.

• Note "Paper Source" is set to the "Auto" tray.

In Outlook this is overridden by the Page Setup menus accessed when you print something:

1. Click to highlight Memo Style and select Page Setup
2. Within the Page Setup switch to the Paper tab and select the appropriate tray for the print job (Usually Auto)
3. Click to save your changes and now try printing, the print jobs printed specifically from Outlook should now print to the desired tray
